CREATING NEW REVENUE STREAM
...We were facing a real challenge: reducing rising costs associated with our local and international training events. Shipping company swag for purchase onsite was inefficient, expensive, and inconsistent. We lacked proper systems to handle local currencies and had little control over the entire customer experience.
Jimmy and team completely transformed the operation. They streamlined our business processes, introduced new technology, and implemented supply chain improvements to dramatically reduce transaction times. More importantly, what had been a costly logistical burden became an entirely new revenue stream. What was once a loss-leading pop-up store became a fully functional, profitable mobile retail experience we rolled out across the U.S. and at international events with over 10,000 attendees."

ACQUISITION DUE DILIGENCE

LEADING THROUGH TRAGEDY
...WIth only 30 days to prepare before all 50 leaders flew into town for the week-long intensive course, Jimmy and his team were handed a laptop and asked to 'figure this out.'
Combining a unique sensitivity and failure-isn't-an-option mentality, Jimmy and team were able to deliver a miracle in our behalf. All they had to do was (1) connect with each of the attendees, (2) share the tragic news, (3) ask for some grace, (4) organize the daily activities, (5) coordinate with the outside executive and academic guest speakers, (6) work through all the hotel and transportation logistics, (7) ensure everyone was fed, (8) and then lead each session the entire week with professionalism, intention, enthusiasm, and accuracy.
The week was an unquestioned success. The attendees had glowing reviews about all facets of the program. But even in the midst of tragedy, the proper respect and dignity was displayed to honor our beloved coworker."
